Arrange to spend the day with a Prout student. Register for a visit on-line to Shadow a Crusader for the day. You do not have to apply to Prout before arranging for a visit. We are limited to 6 visitors a day; so please make you appointment as soon as possible. Crusader Shadows will begin on October 1, 2016. For details on what a shadow day entails, click here.
Register on-line for the entrance exam. All 9th grade applicants must take the Catholic High School Entrance Test (HSPT) in order to be considered for acceptance. The Prout School administers the exam and all students are welcomed to take the test at Prout. If The Prout School is the applicant’s first-choice high school, then the student should take the HSPT here. The Prout School will give the High School Placement Test (HSPT) on December 3 or December 10, 2016. (Please note that the exam registration is part of the Application for Admission.) For more details on the Entrance Exam, click here.
If you cannot make any of the Saturday test dates held in December, you may make an individual appointment to take the test at another time. Please contact Sharon DeLuca to schedule an appointment to take the test at The Prout School (phone: 401-789-9262, Ext 514 or email at email@example.com)
Please provide two email addresses for recommendations from your school. Click here to provide an email in the application for your school's contact. Recommendations must be submitted to Prout directly by the teacher/ guidance counselor to ensure confidentiality.
Release records from the school the student is currently attending. The Prout School admissions office will submit your records release form to your current school. Your transcript should come from the Guidance Office. Click here to submit the form to allow Prout to request your records through your on-line account.
