222 Honors English 11

Honors English 11 is designed to foster in students an increased understanding of literary terms and an improved ability to analyze and interpret world literature with special emphasis on British authors. The primary goal is for students to further develop their critical thinking abilities and thesis writing skills. They will also continue to develop speaking skills in both formal and informal situations.
All honors juniors complete a unit on the research process, which culminates in their writing a twelve to fourteen page analytical paper.
