Announcing the Second Annual Prout School WINE tasting!

On Friday, February 5, from 6 to 8:30 pm, Prout will again be hosting a mid-winter wine tasting event for parents, faculty, and friends.
A relaxing, enjoyable way for the Prout community to shake off the cold and get together to sample some fantastic wines, this fundraising event will be held at a the International Scholar-Athlete Hall of Fame & Museum on Rt. 138 in Kingston (on the edge of the URI campus), which is a wonderful and educational venue in itself and a great location for the occasion.
For those who don’t know, the Hall of Fame is a combined museum, library, and exhibit hall, with exciting sports photography, memorabilia from great sporting events over the years, and profiles of the special inductees who have been chosen for their athletic, scholarly, and humanitarian achievements. We will be serving informal but delicious hors d‘oeuvres during the tasting, along with a great selection of red and white winter wines. The cost is only $30 per person, and all tasted wines will be made available for purchase at substantial discounts. The entire Hall of Fame/Museum will be open to us for the tasting.
