The Crusaders' Council
The Crusaders' Council has been established to assist the Office of Institutional Advancement in the areas of community leadership, advocacy, and the promotion of the Prout School’s mission and vision statements. As the Prout Community continues to grow the Office of Institutional Advancement will need to adapt with the changing times. The Crusaders' Council will lead by example. The council membership will consist of alums, parents, friends, business leaders, and clergy members, who demonstrate a willingness to invest in the future of Prout School on an ongoing basis.
This commitment to support Prout annually as a member of the Crusaders' Council will provide the Board of Directors and Principal with the resources needed to ensure that Prout remains a highly selective Catholic secondary high school. These resources utilized by the Principal and the Board of Directors will continue to attract talented students and distinguished faculty. The Council’s involvement will further the possibility of increasing the schools presence in the greater community of Rhode Island.
Membership in the Crusaders' Council will be available to individuals who meet one of the following requirements:
Prout graduates on their fifth reunion will be asked to increase their annual donation to the Crusaders' Council. For graduates who celebrate their tenth reunion, the Office of Institutional Advancement will ask the member to prayerfully consider increasing their pledge to $1000 annually.
Each year members will be invited to a reception where new members will be inducted into the Council and presented with their Crusader Council Membership Club Symbol.
