All incoming freshman and transfer students are required to (1) complete a health profile on Magnus Electronic Health Record linked https://secure.magnushealthportal.com/ as well as (2) the State of Rhode Island Physical Form including immunizations prior to the start of the academic year. (3) Complete a yearly Action Plan with physician's signature if your student has an allergy, asthma, seizures, or diabetes.
A series of Athletic forms need to be completed to participate in athletics.

Financial Assistance for New Students
The Prout School and the Diocese of Providence offer tuition assistance grants to eligible families. The application process for the 2024-2025 school year will open on November 15, 2023.
If you qualify for aid, your financial aid award will be included in your acceptance letter.
