Request Transcripts

If you are a Prout School graduate and require a copy of your transcripts to be sent to a college/university or a business, please send an email to Eddie DeCesare, guidance secretary, at edecesare@theproutschool.org. In the email, please include the following information:

1. Your name as it appeared on your diploma
2. Date of birth
3. Telephone number
4. Email address
5. Year of graduation or years of attendance at Prout
6. The address of the college, university or business where transcripts should be mailed. Don't forget to include the name of the college, university or business in the address!
7. If there are any deadlines or special instructions, please include that information as well. 

Please allow up to two weeks for processing.
